Make the switch to electronic trademark correspondence!

In March 2023, the Trademarks Office and Trademarks Opposition Board  launched an online service called the Trademark Document Retrieval Service (TDRS) in order to send Office correspondence electronically.

We encourage you to select email as your preferred method to receive trademark correspondence from CIPO.

If you would like to keep mail as your method of correspondence, no action is required.
