Report a problem signing in to the Online Filing Centre

Do not complete this form in these 3 cases:

  • If your GCKey has been revoked. You will need to register for a new GCKey.
  • If you see an error message. Try using a different browser (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and clearing your cache memory.
  • If your session timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you have issues signing back in, try using a different browser.


Update your contact information

To update your contact information such as your first or last name or phone number:

  1. Sign in to the Online Filing Centre.
  2. Go to My ISED profile.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Update your contact information.
  5. Once you are done, click Update at the bottom of the page.

To update your email address or for any other issues:
