Funding Agreement

Service description: Our goal is to provide the recipient with their initial draft Funding Agreement within 4 weeks following the project approval date (i.e., approval of the Project Summary Form) or 4 weeks following the start of the fiscal year that the new funding is to be provided.
If the standard will not be met, our goal is to notify the recipient of the delay within the timeframe and to indicate a new timeline for providing a draft Funding Agreement.

- Service description 1: Our goal is to acknowledge receipt of a report submitted by a recipient within three working days of receiving the report.

With respect to advance payments at the beginning of a fiscal year, our goal is to release payment within 45 calendar days of the beginning of the fiscal year of the recipient, subject to satisfying the requirements of the funding agreement.
