Description
ISED’s Talent Mobility Tool has been established as a standardized, digital tool through which ISED employees can provide information about their professional areas of expertise and preferences, and whereby delegated authorities at ISED can explore this information to more proactively match employees to internal opportunities. The tool will be piloted exclusively with employees impacted by workforce adjustment (affected and surplus).
Why a privacy impact assessment was completed
Personal information will be used, with consent, for administrative decision-making, that will have a direct effect on the relevant individuals.
Additional information
In view of the ISED Privacy Office, there are no obvious, or presumed risks to privacy envisioned as a result of implementing and using the Talent Mobility Tool.
