What is the What Works Toolkit?
The What Works Toolkit is an online resource designed to support Canadian organizations looking to adopt or enhance their equity and diversity practices. Each tool offers concrete actions to help organizations set out policies and approaches for recruitment, mentoring, promoting, and retaining board members and employees. It also includes anti-racism, anti-harassment, and inclusive workplace strategies, and features Canadian organizations that have successfully integrated diversity and inclusion into their long term vision.
