Summary

For this report, the APA visited nine warranty companies headquartered in three provinces (British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec). APA also met with the insurance regulator for warranties in British Columbia, the OMVIC advisory committee studying disclosure standards for dealers selling extended warranties, and Toyota Canada.
