Industry Canada is revising the list of fixed-satellite service (FSS) receive earth stations located across Canada that are grandfathered under SP 3650 MHz – Spectrum Utilization Policy, Technical and Licensing Requirements for Wireless Broadband Services (WBS) in the Band 3650-3700 MHz (Gazette Notice DGTP-005-09).
WBS operators wishing to establish systems within a 150-km radius of these grandfathered earth stations are required to coordinate with the earth station operators in the band 3650-3700 MHz.
