- The following is a list of 1900 MHz Personal Communications Services (PCS) and 800 MHz Cellular spectrum blocks that will be made available through the Access Licensing Framework.
- As noted in the Decision on New Access Licensing Framework, Changes to Subordinate Licensing and White Space to Support Rural and Remote Deployment (Access Licensing Framework) and Access Licensing Framework: Decision on the Indigenous Priority Window Policy, Indigenous applicants deemed eligible will have priority access to these bands through the Indigenous Priority Window which will open on September 8, 2026 at noon ET, on a first-come-first served basis. - As noted in the Decision on a Policy, Licensing and Technical Framework for Supplemental Mobile Coverage by Satellite, SMCS deployment was considered to determine this list of available areas and frequency blocks or portions of frequency blocks deemed available for Access Spectrum Licensing.
