Subject: copyright extension

Hi,

My opinion summarizes as follows:

  1. Extending copyright to 70 years is a bad idea in the first place and only serves large corporate media, not smaller individual creators;
  2. If Canada is already signed and unable to back out of this extension, please listen to libraries and accommodate all of their concerns as per their request. Libraries are our lifeblood and I trust them, not large private media companies, to have the actual public good at heart.

thanks for, I hope, listening.
