Unsure which plan is best for you?
Your Internet Service Provider through the Connecting Families Initiative can help you determine which plan is best for your needs.

You may also be eligible for a low-cost electronic device

Canadians eligible for the Connecting Families Initiative (CFI) can get a discounted refurbished digital device through the Computers for Schools Plus (CFS+) program, while supplies last. Available devices include laptops, computers, tablets, electronic accessories, and more. Availability varies depending on region and affiliate organization.

To obtain a device, log into the Connecting Families Registration Portal and enter your unique code. Once registered, you will be automatically prompted to order a device if they are available in your region.

Can I switch providers during the initiative

You cannot change providers while participating in the initiative. Once you sign up for the CFI, you must stay with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you chose. The only time you can switch providers is if you move to a location where your current ISP does not provide service.
