Filing of information on individuals with significant control
Starting January 22, 2024, federal businesses incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) will be required to file information on individuals with significant control (ISC).
Bill C-42, which will make some of the ISC information available to the public, will also be coming into force on January 22, 2024.

A corporation key will become mandatory to file an annual return and ISC information
Starting January 22, 2024, a corporation key will be required for businesses incorporated under the CBCA to file an annual return and ISC information. This security measure is intended to add a level of protection to our clients' personal and corporate information.
