    A director is an individual elected by the shareholders of a corporation to supervise the management of the corporation. Together, all directors of a corporation are referred to as the “board of directors”.

    An individual with significant control (ISC) is someone who owns or controls a corporation. This individual:

    Active business corporations must file their annual returns within the 60 days following their anniversary date. They must also file information on their individuals with significant control (ISC) at the same time as filing their annual return.
