    • meets a combination of any of these factors.

    Annual filings

    Annual filings include the required annual returns and information about individuals with significant control.

    Active business corporations must file their annual returns within the 60 days following their anniversary date. They must also file information on their individuals with significant control (ISC) at the same time as filing their annual return.
