ISED has outlined specific requirements for spectrum licensees to submit technical information associated with radiocommunication installations (commonly referred as “site data”), as detailed in Section 5.11 and Annex B of the Client Procedures Circular, CPC-2-1-23 and Annex A of CPC-2-1-30.
With the Department's recent decision to amend the spectrum licensees' submission requirements, there is a potential demand to leverage existing data in the Radio Equipment List (REL), used for managing equipment certification in Canada. For user convenience, we've launched the Site Data Tool, which incorporates relevant REL data to assist users in complying with the new requirements. The tool provides access to historical data, such as the product-specific ISED Certification Number (IC) and Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN) recorded in the REL. Please use the Site Data Tool available for download below, which includes updated information up to February 2023. The Site Data has been split in two files (first file for Company names starting with 0-9 and A-H and second file for Company names starting with I-Z) for faster download and increased filtering speed.
