Corporations Canada has launched Quick links access management tools for corporations on the Online Filing Centre.These tools give corporations more freedom and more control to see who is currently filing documents, and decide who will be able to file on the corporation’s behalf moving forward.
They also address the hassle around sharing a corporation key with members of a corporation, misplacing it and having it fall into the wrong hands.
You need to have a My ISED Account and to be signed into the Online Filing Centre to access these tools.
